COPPER HILL PARK

This is a 5-acre neighborhood park designed for passive and active use. Improvements include parking for 16 cars, play areas for 2-5 and 5-12 age groups, a basketball court, a shade structure for group use, an open turf area, decomposed granite and concrete walks, a picnic area with tables, lighting, and drought tolerant planting. Cornerstone Studios worked closely with the County to provide a park that met their budget of $916,000 as well as meeting ADA, AB 1881, SWPPP, and County Low Impact Development requirements.
