Yorba Linda Downtown Plan

The City of Yorba Linda asked the team to develop a streetscape and hardscape concept for the major streets and downtown area of the City. The work included important entry gateways, major intersections, and a signage package. The plant palette emphasized the historic old town area with a rich paving pattern. In addition, colorful shrubs of various heights complemented all the major intersections in the second phase of this project.
