Richman Park neighborhood improvements

Cornerstone Studios was responsible for preparing concept plans and working drawings for landscape improvements along two residential streets that were being improved as part of a neighborhood revitalization to calm the traffic and provide more separation between pedestrians and autos. A new median was added to Valencia Drive with planting design reflecting the adjacent planting with additional trees, shrubs, and ground covers that complemented the existing. The irrigation design includes modification of the existing as well as a new layout to irrigate the new planting areas.
