Lake Forest Median

This was a landscape enhancement project for (3) heavily traveled and visually prominent streets within the city. The city wished to continue the Lake Forest Drive theme provided under earlier phases of work emphasizing the use of smooth cobbles and City- approved trees. The irrigation systems were extended, up-graded, and in many cases, enhanced, in all the landscaped areas. The south slopes along Muirlands Blvd. were treated for accent trees and shrub planting with erosion control. El Toro Road parkway was planted with accent trees along the parkway with Sycamore as the major tree on both sides. The scope of work included conceptual design and preparation of bid packages, securing of approvals, bid assistance to the City, and construction observation and as-built drawings preparation.
